What personal data do we collect from you?

The processing of data is carried out to initiate and provide financial services as part of the implementation of pre-contractual measures, carried out on request (e.g. product enquiries from interested parties and customers), as well as to ensure the convenient use of our digital offers (e.g. download of sales documents, factsheets etc.) and our website.
In the context of the consideration of interests (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR)
If necessary, we will process your data beyond the actual fulfillment of the contract or pre-contractual measures for the protection of our legitimate interests or those of third parties. Examples:

What data do we record?
The provider of this website uses the services of etracker GmbH from Hamburg, Germany https://www.etracker.com/ to analyse usage data. Cookies are used, which allow for a statistical analysis of the use of this website by its visitors and the display of usage-related content or advertising. Cookies are small text files that are stored by the Internet browser on the user's end device. etracker cookies do not contain any information that makes it possible to identify a user.
The data generated by etracker is processed and stored by etracker exclusively in Germany on behalf of the provider of this website and is thus subject to the strict German and European data protection laws and standards. etracker has been independently audited, certified and awarded the ePrivacyseal quality seal in this regard.
Data processing takes place on the legal basis of Article 6 (1) (f) (legitimate interest) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR). Our legitimate interest lies in the optimisation of our online offerings and our website. Since the privacy of our visitors is particularly important to us, the IP address is made anonymous at etracker as early as possible and log-in or device identifiers are converted at etracker into a unique key, which is not, however, assigned to an individual. etracker does not carry out any other use, merging with other data or transfer to third parties.

Who receives my data?
Within UniCredit Invest Lux S.A., bodies which need your data to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations have access to your data. Our service providers, vicarious agents and members of the UniCredit Group may also receive data for these purposes if they maintain banking secrecy and data protection. With regard to this website, these are companies in the categories of IT and financial services as well as marketing and audience reach measurement of the website. We only use selected service providers who are contractually obliged to process the data received exclusively according to our instructions.
Is data transmitted to a third country or to an international organization?
UniCredit Invest Lux S.A. will not transfer data to bodies in countries outside the European Economic Area (so-called third countries) within the scope of this website.
How long will my data be stored for?
We do not process and store your personal data for longer than we need it for the respective processing purpose.
If the data are no longer necessary to meet contractual or statutory obligations, they are deleted on a regular basis, unless there is a need to further process the data – for a limited period of time – to meet retention obligations under laws and regulations which prescribe a five- to ten-years retention or documentation period.
What data protection rights do I have?
Every data subject has the right to information under Article 15 GDPR, the right to a correction under Article 16 GDPR, the right to deletion under Article 17 GDPR, the right to restriction of processing under Article 18 GDPR, the right to object under Article 21 GDPR and the right to data portability under Article 20 GDPR. In addition, there is a right to appeal to a competent data protection supervisory authority.
Dealings with social networks
This website does not contain any social plugins of social networks such as Facebook, Google+ or Twitter, only hyperlinks to the social networks. Therefore, they have no way to track your activities on our website.
